Claudia’s classes are fun and interesting. The warmup sequence she uses is quite dynamic (and challenging!) and might be a bit off-putting to people who are starting contortion or flexibility. One of the things I struggled with was keeping up with the exercises, sometimes it is a bit fast and difficult to concentrate on what you’re doing as well as watching the teacher! It would also have been good to have done more rounds of the warmup exercises, but I understand that the class time limit makes that difficult. All in all a nice coach! I would recommend, especially for those that are a bit more advanced in their training.
