Pike pose overview
Pike pose is one of the fundamental foundation poses when you’re starting off in your contortion training. Pike pose is completed by beginning seated with legs outstretched in front of you, knees straight and toes pointed. You then fold forwards over your legs, pivoting from your hips and aiming to keep your back as straight as possible.
